If you are diagnosed with a serious illness, or suffer injury from a serious accident, you will receive a payout to help minimise costs to your family. Also automatically included is £25,000 worth of cover for your children.
Income protection
This differs slightly to critical illness cover, in that it is designed to protect your earnings in case you are unable to work. This pays benefits of up to 60% of your income for as long as you are out of work. LV also provides a budget option which covers you for 12 or 24 months.
Business protection
LV also offers life insurance protection for businesses. This insures key people in the business, giving a payout in case someone unfortunately passes, allowing the future of the company to be secured.
