Free one-night stay in a 4* hotel

  1. This offer is open to recipients of a hotel stay code valid to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents 18+ only.
  2. There is no cash or other alternatives to this offer.
  3. The customer will qualify for their one-night UK hotel stay free of charge with no obligation to purchase meals or beverages. Any extra night’s accommodation will be charged at the agreed rate on a room only basis.
  4. The free one-night stay can only be redeemed against the cost of accommodation at participating hotels. Hotels available during the promotion may be subject to change.
  5. Reservation requests can only be made on expiry of the MoneyExpert Rewards 14 days’ cancellation period.
  6. Bookings can only be made for a hotel stay which is at least 14 days’ in advance of the booking.
  7. This offer does not apply to reservations that include public or bank holiday periods in the UK. Saturdays and bookings for central London hotels will be subject to promotional availability.
  8. Bookings can only be made by providing the MoneyExpert Rewards redemption code and compiling the request form at Any booking made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.
  9. Cost of travel to the hotel and the cost of any travel or holiday insurance associated with the use of the free hotel stay is excluded from the offer and is entirely at the expense of each individual. Spending money and room extras are not included within the offer. Terms and conditions of each individual hotel will apply.
  10. A maximum of one free hotel stay code can be used per person, per household, per venue and per booking. Separate bookings, which are deemed to be part of the same party may not utilise more than one voucher on any additional nights.
  11. Vouchers are non-transferable.
  12. All stays are subject to the hotel’s promotional availability for the offer and will be on a room only basis. Hotel availability will fluctuate throughout the year. Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for promotional bookings.
  13. Customers will be required to confirm up to 3 locations and up to 3 date choices. The Concierge Team will check availability in choice order. For example, your 1st choices will be classed as your preferred location and date. It is due to promotional availability and while we try our best to find a suitable hotel in your preferred locations this is not always possible and so further locations or dates may be requested or offered.
  14. If for any reason the customer no longer requires the same hotel and/or date following the availability provided, the customer will be offered a further opportunity to change their choice ahead of the booking agent confirming the booking. No more than a second set of three location and date choices will be accepted and these will be considered conclusive, with no further changes accepted for booking after this without invalidating the hotel stay.
  15. No amends can be made once the hotel stay has been booked.
  16. The offer is based on a maximum of two people sharing a twin or double room.
  17. A charge will apply for room upgrades/special facilities (sea/lake view/four-poster beds etc.) or any such supplements.
  18. Information provided verbally by the booking agent or presented online, including prices for any extra nights and room upgrades, is valid at the time and may be subject to change.
  19. This offer applies to bookings made in advance and does not apply to guests altering or cancelling a stay after a booking is made and confirmed to them.
  20. Anyone taking part in this offer does so on complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  21. Cancellations:
    (i) If booking more than one night’s accommodation, 100% of any additional nights will be charged at the time of booking. The costs for room upgrades and meals for the length of the stay will not be refunded. With the immediate effect of any cancellations requested by the customer, the voucher will, therefore, become void.
    (ii) Participating hotels are all contracted to participate in the hotel offer. SMW or any associated partner cannot be held responsible for any hotel subsequently declining acceptance of a booking using the offer.
  22. SMW nor ME Expert Ltd shall be liable for any failure or breach by individual hotels and accept no responsibility for any loss suffered by any participant in the promotion.
  23. Hotel stay codes may only be used once. The unique qualification code must be used to make a booking.
  24. The list of participating hotels remains subject to change. Customers should check the promotional website regularly for the most up-to-date list of participating hotels.
  25. Any persons taking advantage of this promotion do so on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  26. Insofar as permitted by law, neither SMW, its agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearers, or accept any liability any personal loss or injury occurring at the hotel, neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the hotels and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  27. We reserve the right to vary these terms without notice in the event of exceptional circumstances.
