Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks today launched another £1,000 cashback* mortgage offer for homebuyers, along with a number of new mortgage rates.

Following the success of the first campaign, the new cashback offer is available across a range of new and existing fixed and variable rate mortgages for both First Time Buyers and those moving home.

The £1,000 cashback offer is available for those borrowing between £75,000 and £999,999.

The new mortgage rates for both those moving and remortgaging include rates from as low as 1.99%. Some products come with no arrangement fee and are available through branch and Direct Banking.
