A rare opportunity has arisen at Money Expert. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and responsible individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role you will act as the first point of contact for our customers. We are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic and great at communicating with excellent verbal communication skills plus experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls. Full training is given along with ongoing support.

Due to unprecedented demand in the marketplace, we are expanding our sales team. As this is a fast past, high energy call centre, we need people with telesales or field sales experience who can hit the ground running. You will be making predominantly outbound calls to new customers.
If you have a minimum of 1 year’s telesales experience, a desire to do well, work hard and get well rewarded for your efforts this could be the opportunity for you.

Money Expert have exciting, immediate start opportunities available for motivated Field Sales Advisors to join our new Manchester team. We are now hiring a professional face-to-face sales force for a new division, and starting in Manchester, we are looking to grow the team throughout the North West and beyond. This means opportunities for fast-paced progression to trainee management and regional management roles within the business.
- Basic pay £16-20K (depending on prior experience) plus uncapped commissions
- 28 Days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
- 37.5 hr per week, working a shift pattern across varying 5 days. Mon - Sat
- Field sales areas in and around Manchester
- On-going product and sales training
- Opportunities for fast progression as we need team leaders but are hiring from within
