Britannia Building Society has relaunched its mortgage range in a move it says is designed to “give borrowers more choice”.
All the mortgages are available to homebuyers, whether first-time or otherwise, as well as people looking to move to Britannia from their current mortgage provider in abid to get the best mortgage rate they can.
Remortgagers will receive a free conveyancing service, which includes compulsory disbursements and a waiving of the higher lending charge on some products.
A new seven year fixed-rate mortgage has also been launched with rates of 5.64 per cent and 5.79 per cent.
Tim Franklin, managing director of member business, explained; “The new range has something for everyone, whether they are looking for a fixed rate, a tracker or even a flexible mortgage.
He went on to say that the new products would mean “that borrowers can have more choice about the rates and the fees they want to pay”.
Britannia has over three million members and is the second largest building society in the UK with nearly £6.9 billion of gross lending per annum, and £32 billion of group assets.
