How do I apply for the offer?
You’ll need to apply for the offer by completing the Cash Back
Application Form.
When can I apply for the offer?
You can apply for this offer 14 days after the start date of your
insurance. You’ll be unable to complete the application form before this time
Why do I have to wait 14 days after the start of my policy before I can apply?
This is to allow sufficient time for you to have received confirmation of your policy number (which you’ll
need when completing the Cash Back Application Form) and takes you beyond the 14 day cooling off period.
When will payment be made?
Payment will be made within 60 days from the day a
fully completed Cash Back Application has been made.
Why does it take 60 days?
This offer works by us refunding a part of the commission
we get from the Providers. We need to wait to get payment from them before we can pass this on to you.
What if I cancel my policy within 60 days?
Your policy must remain in force to
receive Cash Back.
Where do I find my MoneyExpert Quote Ref?
This can be found on the quote
confirmation email we send you.
Does this offer affect the amount I pay to my Insurance provider?
No. You will
still need to pay your chosen provider the premium and then follow the application process to claim your
Cash Back from MoneyExpert.
The monthly payments on the Results Table don’t include the Cash Back?
This is
correct. This offer is not connected to any agreement your may enter into with your chosen provider.
You will need to make an application to MoneyExpert to get your Cash Back.
Will I receive more than one payment if I have more than one car?
No. This offer
is limited to one payment per household.
How will payments be made?
Payments will be made by BACS transfer to the account
details you provided on the Cash Back Application Form.
What if I supply invalid or incorrect Bank details?
We will be unable to make
payment of your Cash Back. We will endeavour to contact you should there be a problem but you are
reminded to take care when completing your Cash Back Application Form.
Can I receive my payment by cheque?
No. We can only pay the Cash Back by
transferring the funds directly into a bank account held by the person named on the Certificate of
Insurance as the policyholder.
Can the payment be made into another person’s bank account?
No. We can make
payment into an account in the name of the person shown on the Certificate of Insurance as the policyholder.
Will I get confirmation of my application for Cash Back?
You’ll get confirmation
on screen once you’ve successfully completed the application form.
Is the Cash Back offer available on other MoneyExpert services?
No. This cash
back offer only applies to our Car Insurance service.
