How much cash back will you be entitled to?

• Cash back can only be claimed for one Credit Card per Applicant

• The cash back application form must be accompanied by a copy of your credit card provider welcome letter (electronic copies can be attached to the form). We also accept postal copies and these can be sent to: Credit Card Cash back Team, MoneyExpert Ltd, Craven House, Station Approach, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1EX
• For Barclaycard customers – we can only accept your Barclaycard welcome email. This should be sent to: barclaycardCashback@moneyexpert.com
• Cash back will only be paid for credit cards which offer the Cash back award at the time of applying

• Payment will be made by BACS transfer to the account details provided on the Cash Back Application Form and not the credit card.
• Payment can only be made to the person identified on the card as being the main cardholder.
• Payment will be made within 10 working days from the day a fully completed Cash Back Application has been made.
• This offer is in no way connected to any payment terms or credit agreement you may enter into with the card provider.
• Cash Back Applications that do not pass our validation process due to incorrect, incomplete or missing information will not be eligible.
• MoneyExpert reserves the right to withdraw this offer or alter these terms and conditions or the amount of Cash Back available at any time without providing notice
• In the event of the offer being withdrawn payments will only be honoured for applications completed prior to removal of the offer.

Does the cash back offer apply to all credit cards?
No. The offer only applies to credit cards which offer the cash back Award.

How do I apply for the offer?
You’ll need to apply for the offer by completing the Cash Back Application Form.

When can I apply for the offer?
You can apply for this offer once you have been accepted by the credit card provider. You’ll be unable to complete the application form before this time, as you will need your welcome letter or welcome email (Barclaycard customers only).

When will payment be made?
Payment will be made within 10 working days from the day a fully completed Cash Back Application has been made.

How will payments be made?
Payments will be made by BACS transfer to the account details you provided on the Cash Back Application Form.

What if I supply invalid or incorrect Bank details?
We will be unable to make payment of your Cash Back. We will endeavour to contact you should there be a problem but you are reminded to take care when completing your Cash Back Application Form.

Can I receive my payment by cheque?
No. We can only pay the Cash Back by transferring the funds directly into a bank account held by the person named on the welcome letter or welcome email (Barclaycard customers only).

Can the payment be made into another person’s bank account?
No. We can make payment into an account in the name of the person shown on the welcome letter or welcome email (Barclaycard customers only).

Will I get confirmation of my application for Cash Back?
You’ll receive a confirmation email once you have successfully completed the application form.

Does MoneyExpert offer other cash back offers?
Yes. We also offer £25 cash back if you apply for Car Insurance and up to £25 if you switch utilities with us.
